There have been a few supply issues over the past months, and the service that I have been offering has been nowhere near as good as in the past (you guys used to praise the store over the years). I always value my customers from Netherlands, there have been many of you over the years.
The remaining issues I am trying to resolve, most are now sorted. There has been serious low stock issues on certain Probe items, and many of my main suppliers have stopped making the parts. However I have a few new suppliers to work with now, so normal service will be resuming.
Most of the refunds that have been asked, have been issued, some people have been offered credit at a higher amount for other items instead of a refund, have have taken those.
95% of parts are now in stock for fast shipment, and anything that is out of stock will be notified quickly in future.

I'm also working with some new shippers to overcome some missing package problems, these seem to come from DPD using other companies to manage the deliveries.
